William Chan, Founder & CEO

Mr. William Chan founded Truth Assets Management after his successful stint in Harveston Assets Management Pte Ltd.  While He was CEO of Harveston, he served as board member of Haitong Securities International from 2015 to 2021.  He was Chairman of the Risk Committee and member of the Strategic Committee of Haitong International Securities.

Mr. William Chan brings with him 25 years of investment and asset management experience. His never-ending pursuit in this field of asset management centers on generating exceptional investment returns while strictly controlling for risks, thereby laying down the core investment philosophy of Truth.

Michael Chen, Chief Technology Officer

  • 9 years of experience in quantitative trading platform development
  • Tech lead in high frequency trading team of hedge fund
  • Built fully automated quantitative trading platform, including algorithms, risk monitoring, etc

Alex Zhao, Head of Research

  • 5 years of experience in quantitative research using deep learning
