Truth Assets Management (S) Pte Ltd (“Truth”) is engaged primarily in the business of wealth managment, investing and managing portfolios of securities and funding.

Truth is the brainchild of Mr. William Chan after his successful stint at Harveston Asset Management Pte. Ltd. (“Harveston”).  Harveston was an asset management firm established in Singapore by Mr. William Chan in 2015, along with Haitong International Securities as the co-founder with 50% equity in Harveston. Haitong International Securities is a leading investment bank based in Hong Kong. It also serves as the global growth platform of Haitong Securities. 

Harveston held the CMS license issued by the Monetary Authority of Singapore (“MAS”) and its assets under management exceeded 1 billion US dollars.
